At mycreativity.in, every product is handmade with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

• Since our products are custom-made and personalized, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with details and photographs of the issue.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For personalized products, refunds are only possible in case of damage or error from our side.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as we begin processing your handmade items immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized items (e.g., name bracelets, custom rakhis, baby bracelets) cannot be returned unless defective.
• Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side.
